エリータスアカデミー規約
Elitas Basketball Academy is a membership-based basketball classroom. As a general rule, membership registration is required to participate. You can apply for membership by using the form on the homepage . The instructor will bring it to the practice venue when you apply for the membership application form, so please ask.
会費について
エリータスバスケットボールアカデミーへのご入会費は¥4,000です。年会費は¥5,000になります。
年会費は毎年4月にご請求されます。
Elitas Basketball Academy is always offering a free trial. Please note that one person can participate in the experience only once. We also accept one lesson tour before the free trial.
Parents must choose the desired number of times plan and make a reservation before each child participates every month . Reservations can be made by email, phone, Facebook, or @LINE. Please refer to "Selecting a lesson plan" below for the frequency plan.
レッスン料金のお支払いについて
レッスン料金のお支払いにつきましてはオンライン決済によるクレジットカード、PayPal、あるいは銀行お振り込みとなります。現金によるお支払いお断りしております。どうぞご了承下さい。
At the end of each month, the Elitas Academy will announce the training schedule for the following month. The training schedule will be sent via e-mail magazine, FACEBOOK, LINE @, and each SNS group. We also send information such as schedule changes, so we recommend you to register on various SNS.
Parents should check the Academy's practice schedule at the beginning of each month and let them know which number of times they should choose Blanc. Contact us by email, FACEBOOK message, or LINE message.

レッスンプランの選択
当スクールではお月謝を固定しない代わりに、保護者様には毎月初めにご予定などをご確認の上、ご参加頂ける回数を変更する自由を与えております。
エリータスバスケットボールアカデミーは会員制のバスケットボール教室です。原則として、参加をする為には会員登録が必要となります。入会はホームページのフォームからお申し込み可能です。入会申込書をお申し出の際には講師が練習会場へお持ちしますのでどうぞお尋ね下さい。
エリータスバスケットボールアカデミーは常時無料体験を実施しております。体験はお１人、１回限りのご参加となりますのでどうぞご了承下さい。無料体験前のレッスン見学も一回に限り承っております。
保護者様は毎月お子様が参加する前にご希望の回数プランをお選びの上ご予約をお入れください。ご予約はメール、お電話、フェイスブック、@LINEににて承っております。回数プランにつきましては以下、「レッスンプランの選択」をご参照下さい。
毎月末、エリータスアカデミーは翌月の練習日程を発表致します。練習日程はメルマガ、FACEBOOK、LINE@、そしてそれぞれのSNSグループを通じて発信致します。また、スケジュールの変更などの情報も発信しておりますので各種SNSへのご登録をお勧めいたします。
