Elitus Basketball Academy Okinawa will host a Zoom online workout this Saturday morning, August 15th from 9:00-10:00 AM.

For this session, Coach/Trainer Antonio Gibson will be providing an intense, yet detail-oriented workout that can be done in small spaces; whether it be at your home, yard, driveway, parking lot, or park.

Coach Gibson, a USA Basketball and JBA licensed coach, is one of the best basketball trainers in Okinawa.

He is a great student of the game and is known for being a passionate professional that push players to become better and tough.

These are frustrating times due to the Corona crisis but there are no excuses. It is our hope that we all this time for self-reflection and self-improvement.

I know it is short notice but I hope we can all seize this opportunity to get better and active!

-2 Cones or a 1 extra pair of shoes

-A chair (if available)

-Space where you can dribble and maneuver -indoors or outside (driveway, park, outside your door)

-Mask (if required)

-PC/Lap/Tablet or Smartphone with the Zoom APP

NOTICE:

-Please be considerate of neighbors when working out (especially noise)

-If you workout outside, be sure to socially distance yourself

-In order to get straight into the workout, stretch and warm up on your own

-Be sure to hydrate yourself to prevent dehydration and heatstroke
